Da più di trent’anni ormai, lavora nel campo della ristorazione, dopo i primi tempi passati in Italia, imparato il mestiere nelle valli Cuneesi, allarga poi i suoi orizzonti alla Toscana e alla Sardegna, ma la voglia di viaggiare lo spinge presto a lasciare il suo paese a misurarsi con le realtà straniere. Si rimette in gioco ripartendo quasi da zero, con una nuova lingua e confrontandosi con ristoranti e grandi hotel a cinque stelle in Africa e in Paesi di lingua Araba, così come una parentesi in Asia, vede se stesso come ambasciatore dello stile e la conoscenza Italiani a proposito di cibo e ristorazione. L’amore per la cucina di alta qualità e la capacità di rapportarsi con umiltà nei confronti della cultura gastronomica di altri continenti, migliorano e implementano le sue capacità e lo portano fino a dirigere le cucine dei grandi hotel per le più rinomate catene alberghiere internazionali, cucinando per Re e Regine, Ambasciatori e Capi di Stato, Performers conosciuti a livello globale e Grandi uomini e donne d’affari. Drammaticamente innamorato dei viaggi ha toccato al momento attuale 31 paesi, ma a Dio piacendo continuerà a viaggiare e vedere cosa c’è al di là del prossimo confine.

For more than thirty years now, the author has been working in the field of catering, after the first times spent in Italy, learned the trade in the Cuneo valleys, then broadened his horizons to Tuscany and Sardinia, but the desire to travel soon pushed him to leave his country to measure himself against foreign realities. He gets back into the game by starting almost from scratch, with a new language and confronting himself with restaurants and large five-star hotels in Africa and Arabic-speaking countries, as well as a parenthesis in Asia, he sees himself as an ambassador of Italian style and knowledge about food and catering. His love for high quality cuisine and the ability to relate with humility to the gastronomic culture of other continents, improve and implement his skills and lead him to direct the kitchens of large hotels for the most renowned international hotel chains, cooking for Kings and Queens, Ambassadors and Heads of State, Globally known performers and Great businessmen and women. Dramatically in love with travel, he has touched 31 countries at the moment, but God willing he will continue to travel and see what is beyond the next border.
